skipping BackupLevel is not possible

It is possible to store all backups in the Daily folder, doing the reduction there. It is possible to store all backups in the Daily-Weekly folders or Daily-Weekly-Monthly folders.

But it is not possible to store the backups only in Daily-Monthly folders.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
